Window Sill Salad

- 2 Heads Baby Gem Lettuce

- 1 Raddichio or a handful of rocket

- Bunch of radish cut in half

- Quarter cucumber cut into bite size pieces

- 1 carrot peeled with a kitchen peeler

Pour over a drizzle of lemon dressing and gently toss the salad until evenly coated
