Jam Jar Lemon Dressing

 

- 6 tblsp lemon juice (juice of 1 lemon)

- 6 tblsp olive oil

- 6 tblsp flax seed oil

- 1.5 tblsp honey

- Pinch of sea salt

1. Roll the lemon around between the palm of your hand and the worktop for a minute before zesting and juicing to get all the juices out.
2. Add all ingredients into a jam jar, screw on the lid and give it a good and vigorous shake.
